I’m Desmond Blakely — a London-based Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor with over 20 years' experience helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. After years of studying, collaborating with other trainers, and coaching all kinds of clients, I’ve discovered what really works — and what doesn’t. That experience shapes my programs and helps the people I train get great results. |

What I Do
Most of my time is spent helping everyday people look, move, and feel better using methods that improve mobility, flexibility, and overall physical fitness.
I’m a stickler for technique — but that focus helps people go further than they thought possible, overcoming both mental and physical barriers along the way. By building each program around strength, conditioning, and skill acquisition — and setting clear, realistic goals — results aren’t just possible, they’re inevitable. |
