Hello and welcome! My name is Desmond Blakely and I'm a London-based Personal Trainer.
I entered the fitness industry back in 2005 and have since gone on to help hundreds of people reach their health, strength, and fitness goals.
Through my years of studying, collaborating with other trainers, and working with a wide-range of people, I have figured out firsthand what tends to work and what doesn't. This is something that's reflected in my programs and helps those that train with me get outstanding results.
What I Do
Most of my time is spent helping ordinary people look, move and feel better using various methods and techniques geared towards improving one's mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance.
I'm a stickler for technique, but as a result, I'm able to help people push themselves further than they ever thought possible, overcoming both mental and physical limitations in the process.
Strength, conditioning and skill acquisition should form the basis of any good training regime, with clearly defined goals easily being achieved through well-structured programming.
