About Me
Hello and welcome! My name is Desmond Blakely and I'm a London-based Personal Trainer.
With over 15 years of coaching experience, I have helped countless individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Through my years of studying, collaborating with other trainers, and working with a wide-range of people, I have figured out firsthand what tends to work and what doesn't. This is something that's reflected in my programs and helps those that train with me get outstanding results. |
What I Do
Most of my time is spent helping ordinary people look, move and feel better using various methods and techniques geared towards improving one’s mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance.
I'm a stickler for technique, but as a result, I'm able to help people push themselves further than they ever thought possible, overcoming both mental and physical limitations in the process. When strength, conditioning and skill acquisition are prioritised, a well-structured program paves the way for easily achieving your goals. |
